About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Admin to join our team at Dagenham. As a key member of our sales progression team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, registering client details, and chasing key stakeholders throughout the home buying process.
Key Responsibilities
- Register client details and manage multiple cases at one time
- Chase key stakeholders, including mortgage advisers, solicitors, and surveyors
- Gather required documents to complete the sale, including identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies
- Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role
- Experience or knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills
- Passion for haart and our values
What's on Offer
- Basic annual salary between £17,500 to £22,000 (depending on experience)
- Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a percentage of the pipeline
