Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Production Support Specialist to join our team at Collabera Digital. As a key member of our IT service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving production incidents for our banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incident Management: Identify and resolve production incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Problem Management: Conduct root cause analysis and implement mitigations to prevent future incidents.
  • Capacity and Performance Management: Monitor and manage the capacity and performance of our banking applications.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to take on and train on new services or significant upgrades.
  • Support for Audits: Provide support for internal and external audits.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders and work closely with business and operations partners to understand KPI metrics and prioritize defect fixes and enhancements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience in production support, ITIL, release support, technical implementations, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven knowledge in Java/J2EE, server-side technologies, middleware components, operating systems, and database technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
