Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Graduate to join our Tuition Sales Team as a Customer Success Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound sales
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Collaborate with tutors to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our sales team

Requirements
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field

Location

This role is based in our Canary Wharf office in East London, with opportunities to work remotely 2 days a week.
