About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Business Partner to join our team at Gattaca, a leading provider of recruitment services to the Defence industry. As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a key role in connecting exceptional talent with our clients who provide direct support to the UK Armed forces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with their goals and objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the offer acceptance process, ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and selection strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner or similar role, preferably within the Defence or Aerospace industry.
  • Strong background in permanent recruitment, with a successful track record of filling technical and professional roles.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
