Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Blueprint Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their industry, work culture, and specific needs to provide effective recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing and Networking: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and other channels to source and network with potential candidates, identifying those who are suitable for client vacancies.
- Advertising and Marketing Vacancies: Create engaging job adverts across various channels, leveraging social media and other digital platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Interview and Selection Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from receiving and reviewing applications to organizing interviews, creating shortlists, and briefing candidates on job responsibilities and benefits.
- Negotiation and Finalisation: Negotiate salaries and terms of business with both clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement, and finalize placement details to secure successful hires.
- Performance and Target Achievement: Work towards and exceed personalized KPIs and financial targets, taking full control over your earning potential and career progression while reviewing and improving recruitment policies to enhance effectiveness.
- Professional Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person, ensuring clear, professional, and engaging interactions with clients and candidates.
