About this Recruitment Consultant role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Blueprint Recruitment Solutions, you will be responsible for building and nurturing positive relationships with existing and prospect clients to understand their industry, work culture, and specific needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients to build and maintain relationships, understanding their industry and specific needs.
- Source and network with potential candidates, headhunting those who are suitable for client vacancies.
- Draft and place engaging job adverts across various channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from receiving and reviewing applications to organising interviews, creating shortlists, and briefing candidates on job responsibilities and benefits.
- Work towards and exceed personalised KPIs and financial targets, taking full control over your earning potential and career progression.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client and candidate needs.
- Target-driven ambition, with a strong desire to achieve targets and accelerate your career.
- Ability to adapt and learn, staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improving recruitment policies and practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the recruitment process.
