About the Role

  1. Provide expert professional advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of people management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with the VP Director HR, Managing Director, and Head of Corporate HR to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the HR function within the Saab Seaeye operation.
  3. Support Corporate HR with higher-level projects, developing and maintaining policies and procedures, and providing guidance on employee relations cases.
  4. Manage Performance Management Reviews in conjunction with Corporate HR and Company-wide process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  5. Assist with the salary review process for the Seaeye operation, ensuring distribution of salary review letters and updating Workday.
  6. Support learning and development initiatives, providing and organizing training on HR processes and systems.
  7. Manage sickness absence cases and medical referrals, ensuring compliance with legal and data protection policies.
  8. Ensure HR activities comply with ISO certifications as required.
  9. Recruitment:
    1. Support managers with their recruitment strategies and oversee the recruitment process.
    2. Liaise with the Recruitment Department throughout the process and advise on advertising, assessments, competency-based tests, etc.
    3. Complete the hire process in Workday/Payroll.
    4. Coordinate probation periods, benefits notification via payroll, and necessary forms.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of experience as an HR professional.
  2. Extensive experience of operating within an HR Business Partner capacity.
  3. Experience of delivering successful HR projects and programmes.
  4. Up-to-date knowledge of general HR policies and procedures and good practice in HR.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication, presentation, and reporting writing skills, being highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  6. Outstanding knowledge of MS office.
  7. CIPD qualification level 7 or Degree level qualification with significant experience of HR.
  8. In-depth knowledge of Workday.
  9. Ability to travel to Sweden and London, as and when required.
