Senior Finance Business Partner

CMA Recruitment Group is proud to be supporting a reputable organisation on the South Coast in the recruitment of a Senior Finance Business Partner. This role will play a key part in the strategic and commercial direction of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to provide financial insights and guide key business decisions.
  • Deputise for the Head of Financial Business Partnering, shaping strategy and leading financial governance.
  • Apply financial expertise to add value, challenge commercial decisions, and improve performance.
  • Develop business plans and conceptualise solutions to financial challenges.
  • Act as the financial conscience in decision-making forums and collaborate across the business to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A recognised Accountancy or Finance qualification and substantial experience in finance and non-finance roles.
  • A collaborative approach to working with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and value-added support in decision-making.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical and conceptual reasoning abilities, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
  • Resilience under pressure and the ability to manage conflict by fostering consensus among stakeholders.
