Job Summary

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Saab AB. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide expert professional advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of people management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and managers on talent development, employee relations, and HR operations.
  2. Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  3. Collaborate with Corporate HR to develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  4. Provide support and problem-solving on the full range of HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
  5. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR effectiveness and provide regular reporting to senior leaders.
  6. Lead on employee relations case management, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, attendance, dismissals, and employment tribunals.
  7. Manage Performance Management Reviews in conjunction with Corporate HR and Company-wide process.
  8. Assist with the salary review process and ensure distribution of salary review letters and Workday updates.
  9. Support learning and development initiatives, including training and development programs for managers and employees.
  10. Manage sickness absence cases and medical referrals.
  11. Ensure compliance with all legal and data protection policies.
  12. Ensure HR activities comply with the needs of ISO certifications as required.
  13. Support managers with their recruitment strategies and oversee the recruitment process.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of experience as an HR professional.
  2. Extensive experience of operating within an HR Business Partner capacity.
  3. Experience of delivering successful HR projects and programs.
  4. Up-to-date knowledge of general HR policies and procedures and good practice in HR.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication, presentation, and reporting writing skills.
  6. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
  7. CIPD qualification level 7 or Degree level qualification with significant experience of HR.
  8. In-depth knowledge of Workday.
  9. Ability to travel to Sweden and London, as and when required.
