Job Summary
We are looking for a caring and reliable individual to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily tasks, such as washing and dressing, shopping and meal preparation, prompting with medication, and supporting with daily routines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including washing and dressing
- Support clients with daily routines, such as meal preparation and shopping
- Prompt clients with medication
- Provide companionship and social support to clients
- Assist clients with accessing the community
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a caring and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to have a valid DBS check and be able to provide references.
