About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including peg feeding, dystonia management, and administration of medication.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
