Field Care Supervisor

Care Outlook LTD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team in West Wickham. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining and developing our home care services, ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain quality control systems in the field
- Provide support and guidance to Care & Support Workers in a defined area
- Conduct spot checks to identify good practice and report training concerns
- Deliver high standards of care and participate in the paid on-call rota
- Complete care assessments and write care plans
- Build relationships with care staff and service users
- Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections
- Competitive salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
