Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Converting new client inquiries into care plans
  • Client onboarding and care planning
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Managing caregiver personal development and care delivery
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and managing a team to deliver exceptional service
Requirements:
  • Previous care experience with excellent customer service and management skills
  • Commercial awareness and influencing capabilities
  • Able to demonstrate achievement of business growth targets
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible to meet business demands
