About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Invoicing Assistant to join our team at Escode, Part of NCC Group. As a key member of our billing team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and ensuring the smooth operation of our invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise sales invoices and credit notes with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify VAT treatment on invoices and credit notes before sending them to customers.
  • Respond to billing queries from customers and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure billing is completed correctly and on time.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve internal processes and reduce invoicing errors.
  • Submit invoices and credit notes to customer portals.
  • Escalate queries or system issues to the relevant department or line manager.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel skills to prepare monthly invoicing reports.
  • Ability to work towards deadlines and meet targets.
  • Attention-to-detail and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Desirable: experience with Salesforce, SideTrade, and/or Workday Finance.
