About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Invoicing Assistant to join our team at Escode, Part of NCC Group. As a Sales Invoicing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day support to our billing team, ensuring that all invoicing tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise sales invoices and credit notes with high accuracy, ensuring that VAT treatment is correct.
  • Deal with billing queries received from customers and internal stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that billing is completed correctly and in a timely manner, adhering to internal processes.
  • Help reduce invoicing errors by building long-term relationships with customers and collaborating with other departments to improve processes.
  • Submit invoices and credit notes on customer portals, escalating queries or system issues to the relevant department or line manager.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong Excel knowledge to prepare monthly invoicing reports.
  • Ability to work towards deadlines, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Desirable experience within Salesforce, SideTrade, and/or Workday Finance.
