Regional Sales Director

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our Close Brothers Invoice Finance team. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for promoting our services and products to end users and third parties, achieving set sales targets while maintaining the reputation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with third-party introducers.
- Attend business development events and social functions to benefit Close Brothers Invoice Finance.
- Manage new business files from approval to first payment.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the New Business Support Team.
- Comply with money laundering regulations.
- Support national marketing campaigns.
- Issue quotations and create new business proposals.
- Work with internal stakeholders on quotes for Non-Recourse business.
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure governance and compliance requirements are met and regulatory reporting is done to standards.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the Invoice Finance industry.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Good understanding of the brand, products, and professional sales techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numeric, organisational, and credit analysis skills.
