About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the European Consumer & Market Intelligence (EO CMI) team at Samsung as a Brand and Campaign Insights Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading cross-category insights across our Smartphone, TV, and Digital Appliances categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand and campaign research strategies to drive business growth and inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Sales, to integrate insights and drive business outcomes.
  • Design and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, leveraging data from multiple sources, including market research, social media, and customer feedback.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure the effective execution of research projects, including questionnaire design, sample selection, and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of consumer behavior, preferences, and trends, and apply this knowledge to inform business strategies and decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in market research and consumer insights, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our research approaches.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in market research and consumer insights, with a strong background in primary research project management.
  • Excellent analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Sales, to integrate insights and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to effectively manage research projects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
