At Calor Gas Limited, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our Contact Centre team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the voice of Calor, providing friendly and helpful support to our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has strong IT skills, and is familiar with CRM systems. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be able to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with your buddy, shadowing them to gain insight into your day-to-day responsibilities. We believe in providing full training and guidance to ensure you feel confident and prepared before you answer your first call.
