Position Summary

  • Conduct product evaluations in accordance with established protocols
  • Prepare factory testing documentation as required
  • Install products at client locations, ensuring compliance with performance and quality benchmarks, and provide on-site testing documentation
  • Deliver training to clients both at the factory and on-site as necessary
  • Support the Service department through on-site visits or remote assistance, as directed by the Test & Installation Manager

The role of Testing & Installation Engineer involves converting newly assembled mass spectrometers into operational instruments ready for use in laboratories worldwide. This position requires a hands-on approach and knowledge across various fields such as physics, chemistry, mathematics, electronics, and software. Key competencies include problem-solving abilities, effective communication across diverse cultures, and a willingness to travel internationally.
