About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at Class 1 Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales, including property sales, valuations, financial service appointments, sign-ups, conveyancing quotes, and instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of residential sales and conduct team meetings
  • Conduct canvassing and accompany viewings
  • Manage sales progression and communicate regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to secure offers and maximize value streams
  • Utilize strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
Requirements
  • A valid UK driving license
  • At least 2-3 years of experience at the Senior Negotiator level
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
  • Previous experience in the field
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • A personal performance bonus if targets are met
  • OTE - £60k
  • 10% commission on sales
  • 5% - 10% commission on instructions (dependent on experience)
