Business Development Executive

Casio Electronics Co. Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Management
- Manage a portfolio of loyal customers, handle incoming queries, complete orders, and serve as the initial point of contact for new customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis
- Analyse and understand various sources of data to identify new business opportunities, extract valuable insights, and recognise potential sales growth.
- Define and convert a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales growth targets and KPIs.
- Support to National Account Managers
- Provide proactive support to National Account Managers, Senior Planning Manager & Sales Manager, including event bookings, mailouts, competitive market reports, and loan set management.
- Internal Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a bridge between Divisional Sales and Sales Operations, ensuring effective communication and efficient order fulfilment to achieve our goals.
- Industry Knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product features to maintain a competitive advantage and promote ongoing improvement.
- Provide regular reports to Senior Management that offer insights, updates on progress, and recommendations for the future.
- Minimum 2 years sales/account experience
- Excellent initiative, drive, and focus
- Demonstrable experience of excellent analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with great customer service delivery
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Sound commercial awareness and passion for understanding the business
