About the Role

Casio Electronics Co. Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Management
    • Manage a portfolio of loyal customers, handle incoming queries, complete orders, and serve as the initial point of contact for new customers.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis
    • Analyse and understand various sources of data to identify new business opportunities, extract valuable insights, and recognise potential sales growth.
    • Define and convert a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales growth targets and KPIs.
  • Support to National Account Managers
    • Provide proactive support to National Account Managers, Senior Planning Manager & Sales Manager, including event bookings, mailouts, competitive market reports, and loan set management.
  • Internal Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as a bridge between Divisional Sales and Sales Operations, ensuring effective communication and efficient order fulfilment to achieve our goals.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product features to maintain a competitive advantage and promote ongoing improvement.
    • Provide regular reports to Senior Management that offer insights, updates on progress, and recommendations for the future.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years sales/account experience
  • Excellent initiative, drive, and focus
  • Demonstrable experience of excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with great customer service delivery
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Sound commercial awareness and passion for understanding the business
