Job Opportunity - Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at ACS Performance. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, providing proactive support and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Analyse data and insights to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales Operations and Divisional Sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product features to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Provide regular reports to Senior Management, offering insights and recommendations for future growth.
  • Effectively promote the company's brands in both virtual and physical settings.

Requirements:

  • ESSENTIAL: Minimum 2 years sales/account experience.
  • ESSENTIAL: Excellent initiative, drive, and focus.
  • ESSENTIAL: Demonstrable experience of excellent analytical skills for sales analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with great customer service delivery.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks of shifting priorities.
  • Sound commercial awareness and a passion for understanding the business.
  • DESIRABLE: Sales experience within consumer durable goods, stationery, or medical.
  • DESIRABLE: Full, clean driving license for the UK.
  • DESIRABLE: Excellent problem-solving abilities and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • DESIRABLE: Continuous Improvement mindset.
  • Competent in using Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM tools is highly desirable.
