Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers, providing proactive support and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
- Analyse data and insights to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales Operations and Divisional Sales.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product features to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Provide regular reports to Senior Management, offering insights and recommendations for future growth.
- Effectively promote the company's brands in both virtual and physical settings.
Requirements:
- ESSENTIAL: Minimum 2 years sales/account experience.
- ESSENTIAL: Excellent initiative, drive, and focus.
- ESSENTIAL: Demonstrable experience of excellent analytical skills for sales analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with great customer service delivery.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks of shifting priorities.
- Sound commercial awareness and a passion for understanding the business.
- DESIRABLE: Sales experience within consumer durable goods, stationery, or medical.
- DESIRABLE: Full, clean driving license for the UK.
- DESIRABLE: Excellent problem-solving abilities and able to work effectively under pressure.
- DESIRABLE: Continuous Improvement mindset.
- Competent in using Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM tools is highly desirable.
