Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Development Executive to join our team at Casio Electronics Co. Limited. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Job PurposeThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing administrative support to our National Account Managers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, improve customer relationships, and enhance our overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a group of loyal customers, handle incoming queries, complete orders, and serve as the initial point of contact for new customers to drive sales.
- Analyse and understand various sources of data to identify and proactively contact new business/sales leads, extract and recognise potential opportunities, and identify chances of sales growth.
- Define and convert a pipeline of opportunities and achieve sales growth targets and KPIs.
- Provide proactive support to National Account Managers, Senior Planning Manager & Sales Manager, including event bookings, mailouts, competitive market reports, and loan set management.
- Field, respond, and prioritise inquiries generated from our direct ecommerce platforms.
- Internal Stakeholder engagement – act as the bridge between Divisional Sales and Sales Operations, ensuring effective communication and efficient order fulfilment to achieve our goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product features to maintain a competitive advance and promote ongoing improvement.
- Minimum 2 years sales/account experience.
- Excellent initiative, drive, and focus, with a keen eye for analysis and top-notch organisational skills.
- Demonstrable experience of excellent analytical skills, with the ability to provide general sales analysis and reporting to track targets and historical data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with great customer service delivery.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks of shifting priorities.
