Job Title: Senior Acquisition SME (Task 3 Lead)

Location: Stafford, VA

Overview:

Honu Services is seeking a highly experienced Senior Acquisition SME to lead our team in providing exceptional program and acquisition management services to the Marine Corps Systems Command. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing knowledge, support, and sound guidance in program and acquisition management, ensuring the delivery of innovative, cost-effective, and on-target solutions to digital and enterprise services requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level knowledge and support in program and acquisition management, including Agile methodologies, to the Marine Corps Systems Command.
  • Lead a team of 5-7 acquisition and program analysts, providing vision, strategy, direction, oversight, and quality control of task-level performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the supported customer Task Lead and related customer stakeholders.
  • Empower your team to set the standard for professional excellence for our subcontractor partners and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Ten years of DoD acquisition management experience in recent information technology environments and programs.
  • Experience in the direct supervision of professionals in program and acquisition management, including logistics, finance, contracts, and engineering, IT, data, and other DoD acquisition command professional service requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Outlook).
