We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Allocations and Lettings team as an Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing mutual exchanges, Bucks Home Choice applications, and handling Lettings queries
  • Collaborating with various departments, including the Voids team and external agencies
  • Processing orders, key returns, and taking minutes at meetings

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong understanding of the importance of attention to detail. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key skills and attributes include:

  • Excellent customer service skills
