- Processing mutual exchanges, Bucks Home Choice applications, and handling Lettings queries
- Collaborating with various departments, including the Voids team and external agencies
- Processing orders, key returns, and taking minutes at meetings
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong understanding of the importance of attention to detail. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
