Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic Accounts and Administration team as an Administration Assistant. This is a temporary role with a view to becoming permanent, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in their role.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data input, invoice posting, and invoice reconciliation.
- Provide support to the finance teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Chase incorrect payments, playing a vital role in maintaining the accuracy of financial records.
- Contribute to the wider administration function, assisting with IT-related tasks as needed.
- Good IT skills, as you will be working with various software programmes and systems.
- Numeracy skills, as accuracy is crucial when handling financial transactions.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
