About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Castle Garden School, part of Options Autism. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our pupils with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in preparing learning materials and delivering classroom activities
  • Support pupils with their emotional and physical needs, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Participate in outdoor experiences and activities, tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £21,729.12 per annum (£12.18 per hour)
  • A permanent, term-time only contract with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm
