Teaching Assistant - SEN Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide day-to-day SEN support in a Guildford school. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with their well-being, development, and medical needs
  • Working 1:1 or with small groups to provide tailored support
  • Setting up classrooms and activities to support learning and development
  • Reporting observations and monitoring student behaviors
  • Following all policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or relevant training
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
