We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Catch 22. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our maintenance team and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records of PPM reports and engineer reports.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, ordering materials, and utilizing our CAFM system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, both internally and externally.
- Coordinate the allocation and scheduling of PPMs and reactive work orders.
- Collaborate with the Contract Manager to review and approve supplier invoices and purchase orders.
- Assist in the creation and compilation of client reports.
- Communicate effectively with the Client Helpdesk regarding related works, including managing phone lines and radio systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of FM and PFI contracts.
- Understanding of the differences between PPM, reactive, and quoted works.
- Proficient IT skills, including experience with CAFM systems.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety requirements in healthcare environments (desirable).
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive annual salary, dependent on experience.
- Permanent, full-time role with regular working hours.
- Basic pension scheme.
- 35 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
- Private healthcare after 18 months of service.
