Regional Hub Manager

Veezu, a leading on-demand mobility service, is seeking a skilled Regional Hub Manager to oversee the management of regional hubs, focusing on increasing booking numbers and raising the brand profile amongst Driver Partners and passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hub Management: Lead the management of regional hubs, driving growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Financial Performance: Manage the financial performance of local hubs and the overall operating region, ensuring profitability and cost control.
  • Integration and Operations: Ensure seamless integration of acquisitions and support regional and local Journey Booking Center operations.
  • Complaints and Fleet Management: Manage the regional hire fleet, ensuring high utilization and efficient maintenance, and handle passenger complaints effectively.
  • Marketing and Compliance: Contribute to the development of the regional marketing plan, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Brand Development: Foster a business culture that positions Veezu as a market leader in the region, driving loyalty and Driver Partner activity rates.
  • Supplier Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact with Veezu Services Limited, managing the supplier relationship and providing timely reports on Driver Partner volumes and market intelligence.
  • Driver Partner Engagement: Develop and improve the local brand amongst Driver Partners, sustaining and increasing active Driver Partner volumes, and understanding the local Driver Partner profile to inform the competitive offering.
  • Training and Development: Identify training and development needs, working closely with the Veezu People Team to nurture and develop talent.
  • Information Security: Maintain high standards for Information Security compliance, upholding Veezu's ISO27001 certification.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Adopt a data-driven approach to operations and commercial decision-making, driving informed business decisions.

This role will be based in our Manchester office, requiring a proven track record of managing multiple functions/sites within a business.
