Role Responsibilities:
Below is a summary of the primary responsibilities associated with this position:
- Ensure that your designated locations consistently meet performance benchmarks aligned with company standards and those of our brand partners, including successful completion of their auditing processes.
- Drive sales growth and enhance profitability across your sites.
- Prioritize compliance matters to guarantee adherence to legal requirements and ensure all locations follow established company protocols.
- Identify potential business opportunities for new store openings and enhancements to existing locations.
- Evaluate overall sales performance, audit results, and customer service metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Oversee the successful launch and operation of new or refurbished stores within your region.
- Utilize effective reporting mechanisms to facilitate performance enhancements.
- Manage your time effectively to address the diverse needs of each store and operator within your area.
- Conduct business reviews with operators in your region, assisting them in recognizing risks and opportunities within their operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure uniform operational standards and store presentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of A Level education or equivalent, coupled with a minimum of two years of experience in retail management.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to perceive situations from the customer's perspective.
- Empowering leadership approach, capable of nurturing and mentoring team members while leading by example.
- Exceptional time management abilities and a strategic approach to work.
- Proficient in problem analysis and implementing optimal solutions.
- Strong drive, motivation, and a willingness to challenge both yourself and others.
