Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to join our team. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management
- Inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Take ownership of store operations and ensure seamless execution of business plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
- Sales and Operations
- Drive sales growth and revenue through effective merchandising, pricing, and promotions
- Lead the team to achieve operational excellence in areas such as stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Visual Merchandising
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Lead the team to create visually appealing store displays and window displays
- Development and Training
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their career development
Requirements
- Proven retail management experience with a track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
