About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our store team at Rituals. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with your Area Manager to develop and implement local business strategies that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Define daily objectives and actions to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop monthly plans based on productivity targets.
  • Ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory, and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Drive employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and by celebrating team successes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Prior relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
  • Proven people management skills, including communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration.
  • Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioral change and develop others.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
