**About the company.**

An ambitious family owned business established in 1999 is now looking for a proactive Supply Chain Executive in reaching the next level in their service to their Suppliers an. With a company culture focused on being part of something more than just the bottom line, they strive to create and manufacture equipment that actively improves lives whilst respecting the environment.

Duties of the Customer Service Executive include but not limited to:

- Dealing with complaints, investigating, and solving supplier problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by other members of staff
- Processing purchase orders on the in house system, ensuring that required delivery timeframe is met.
- Liaise with customer services and operations to ensure exceptional quality, efficiency throughout fulfilment and overall customer satisfaction.
- Conduct end of month strategic analysis of suppliers and purchasing and report on any customers who need follow up / maintenance
- Assisting the Accounts and Customer Service Director in ensuring the correct on-boarding process is followed for all new Suppliers.
- Data management within the system, ensuring all data input is clean and accurate.
- Working with the operations team to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Managing and maintaining the Purchase order report.
- Support in any areas throughout the supply chain as required.

**Purchasing assistant**
- Chase up PO’s - enter dates into the system
- Notify goods in on what deliveries are due in and Follow up any goods that need urgently booking in an dispatching that day
- Request prices from suppliers
- Enter up new suppliers
- Chasing Deliveries, booking deliveries, chasing suppliers as to when urgent goods will be ready
- Reconciling PO’s on the system with Supplier Pricing & Qtys
- Keeping the to purchase report updated
- Updating and adjusting Re-order levels
- Day to day ordering tasks
- Price & Lead time Checking with suppliers on special items to satisfy sales requests
- Keeping Supplier Folders updated including supplier reviews.
- Entering Price changes into the system
- Filing Delivery Notes with Invoices

**Product Info Updates**
- Updating product detail new & existing
- Getting or making sure all the product info is on the system, updating costs, part number changes,
- When product is out of stock making sure all the alternatives are built into the manufacturing variants
- Enter new products, Product Kits on the system & Part numbers for suppliers
- Quality issues - reporting them back to suppliers logging them on the system & chasing up the supplier to get them resolved
- DATA SHEETS, User Manuals & Exploded views then when the exploded views are done building the relevant products on the system.

- Effective communication skills: A supply chain executive must have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to effectively work with a team
- Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time
- Possession of interpersonal skills to be able to relate cordially with different classes of people
- Ability to handle stress well
- Smart thinker: The service executive should be able to think quickly in providing solutions to the problems of customers
- Possess a pleasant and clear speaking voice, coupled with a fluency in English
- Must be highly motivated
- Should be open minded and enthusiastic towards excellence
- Ability to be thorough and extremely analytical
- Possess flexibility and ability to effectively perform multiple functions at a time
- Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with deadlines without making errors
- Possess excellent telephone etiquette

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
