About This Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced logistics professional to lead our multi-warehouse operations, drive international shipping efficiency, and scale logistics processes to support our ambitious e-commerce growth plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our multi-warehouse network.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels across all warehouses to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • International Shipping: Develop and implement efficient international shipping processes, including DDP Incoterms.
  • Trade Compliance: Ensure compliance with VAT and customs regulations for UK-EU and global trade.
  • Team Development: Build and train a high-performing logistics team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with e-commerce and finance teams to create seamless customer experiences.
  • Supply Chain Optimisation: Design and optimise a supply chain framework to support scalability.
  • KPI Management: Monitor and improve logistics KPIs to drive cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
  • International Shipping Expertise: Deep expertise in international shipping, particularly DDP Incoterms.
  • Trade Knowledge: Strong knowledge of VAT and customs regulations for UK-EU trade.
  • Supply Chain Design: Experience designing and managing complex supply chains.
  • E-commerce Integration: Familiarity with integrating logistics into e-commerce platforms.
  • Operational Efficiency: A process-driven mindset with a track record of operational efficiency improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional team-building, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: £72,500 - £87,500 per annum + bonus
