Job Summary

Tungaloy-NTK UK is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, providing technical support to customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts and develop strategic relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and the needs of our target industries.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, technical sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of metal cutting tools and their applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
