Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and colleagues to review and complete annual financial statements for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
  • Prepare and submit corporation tax returns
  • Assist with the preparation of personal tax returns, bookkeeping, VAT returns, and payroll processing on an ad hoc basis
Requirements
  • Minimum full AAT qualification to fully qualified (ICAEW or ACCA)
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience within an accountancy practice
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills are essential
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, Sage, and Xero would be beneficial but not essential
