About the Role:

Cavendish Maine is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the Northern territory and driving sales growth through existing and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Northern territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to acquire new customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales performance using a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales strategies and goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative and motivation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proficiency in using a CRM system and/or Excel.
