Responsibilities:

* Negotiate renewal of Commercial accounts to exceed agreed retention rates
* Maintain a professional and efficient level of service to support the team
* Request additional information from underwriters as needed
* Convey instructions and premium to underwriters promptly
* Update MI/Statistics using our in-house computer system
* Advise brokers of acceptance/refusal of cover and provide written confirmation
* Investigate and resolve accounts queries as requested

Requirements:

* Ability to confidently converse with colleagues, sub-agents, and underwriters
* Good admin and computer skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
