Job Title: Senior Account Handler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Handler to join our team at IS Group (KPTI Ltd). As a Senior Account Handler, you will be responsible for assisting clients with renewals, new business quotations, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients with renewals and new business quotations, ensuring outstanding service and advice.
  2. Develop a pipeline of referrals from existing clients to obtain new business.
  3. Work with clients to expand and develop their coverage, ensuring they have the right cover.
  4. Liaise with senior brokers, account executives, and management teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely completion.
  5. Negotiate with Underwriters to secure the best terms.
  6. Work in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
  7. Ensure retention levels and income targets are achieved.
  8. Work with the management team to achieve business objectives and support colleague development.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in Commercial and Corporate Insurance market and be looking to take the next step in their career. Exposure to dealing with clients at all levels and product lines from £2,000 to £100,000 is essential.

Candidates should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels and have experience using Word, Excel, and wider broking platforms (Open GI / Acturis). Strong communication, negotiation, sales, and IT skills are also required.
