Senior Account Handler Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Handler to join our Commercial Insurance team in Bromsgrove. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to less experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical referral point within the commercial team
  • Offer guidance and support to less experienced team members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4/5 years' experience in a Commercial Insurance Broking environment
  • Good knowledge of cross-class commercial insurance classes
  • Positive approach and excellent communication skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary depending on experience
  • 35 hours Monday to Friday, with 1 day working from home
  • 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, Pension Scheme, and other benefits
