Role Overview:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing all facets of store performance. Your leadership will inspire and motivate colleagues, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will embody the brand ethos, demonstrating expertise in products, systems, and retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience by prioritizing customer needs and adhering to the Moss Essential Steps of Service.
  • Support the Store Manager in enhancing productivity by fostering an environment where the team aims to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and develop the team through regular coaching and feedback, focusing on personal growth and performance metrics.
  • Utilize sales and customer insights to inform decisions that enhance overall success and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in management reviews to discuss and implement plans for commercial and operational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the People Team throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and employee relations.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts for Sales Associates and collaborate on hiring Key Holders and Team Leaders.
  • Manage seasonal cycles to align operational processes with market demands.
  • Ensure timely management of deliveries and stock handling, adhering to stock control procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising, recognizing its importance in enhancing the customer experience.

  • Proven experience in retail operations and customer service, with a strong understanding of fashion trends and inclusive tailoring.
  • Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to drive store performance and improve customer experiences.
  • Experience in creating visually appealing and brand-aligned displays.
  • Understanding of strategies for retail business growth.
