Our Team
We're recruiting two Conflict Resolution Specialists to join our Regulatory Team, which is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing reputational risk across 14 jurisdictions and 25 offices. The team is based in the UK, mainland Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting conflict searches for new clients and matters, including reviewing conflict search request information and liaising with the requesting team.
- Analyze information in our conflict management systems and other databases to identify potential conflicts of interest.
- Clearly summarize potential conflict issues and communicate follow-up questions to fee earners and escalate to the Conflicts Investigation Team as necessary.
- Prepare accurate and concise analyses and propose next steps for consideration by the Conflicts Investigation Team.
- Clear low-risk conflict issues and work closely with the Conflicts Investigation Team to ensure a prompt and efficient service to lawyers.
Requirements
- Experience in conflict resolution, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
