Compliance Policy and Controls Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Policy and Controls Manager to join our team at Shell Business Operations. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our global Compliance Policy and Controls Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Compliance Policy and Controls Program that ensures compliance with global regulatory requirements and Shell's policies and procedures.
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Compliance Policies and Controls to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on Compliance Policies and Controls, and ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and best practices.
- Lead the development of processes and procedures to support the Compliance Policy and Controls Program, and ensure that all processes are documented and maintained.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Regulation team to ensure that all Compliance Policies and Controls are properly documented and maintained.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on Compliance Policy and Controls Program progress and any issues or concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and implementing Compliance Policy and Controls Programs in a global organization.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Knowledge of global regulatory requirements and Shell's policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
