Job Title: Compliance Policy and Controls Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Policy and Controls Manager to join our team at Shell Business Operations. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our global Compliance Policy and Controls Program.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Compliance Policy and Controls Program that ensures compliance with global regulatory requirements and Shell's policies and procedures.
  2. Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Compliance Policies and Controls to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  4. Provide guidance and support to employees on Compliance Policies and Controls, and ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and best practices.
  6. Lead the development of processes and procedures to support the Compliance Policy and Controls Program, and ensure that all processes are documented and maintained.
  7. Collaborate with the Compliance Regulation team to ensure that all Compliance Policies and Controls are properly documented and maintained.
  8. Provide regular reporting to senior management on Compliance Policy and Controls Program progress and any issues or concerns.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in developing and implementing Compliance Policy and Controls Programs in a global organization.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  5. Knowledge of global regulatory requirements and Shell's policies and procedures.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
