About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Policy and Controls Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance Policy and Controls team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our global Compliance Policy and Controls Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our Compliance Policy and Controls Programme to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, laws, and expectations.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of global financial regulatory compliance requirements and ensure that our Compliance Policy and Controls Programme is aligned with these requirements.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the successful and sustainable communication and implementation of Compliance Policies and Controls.
  4. Provide guidance and support to key stakeholders on Compliance Policies and Controls, including the interpretation of policies and controls and their impacts on stakeholders.
  5. Lead the development of processes and procedures to support the ways of working of our integrated policy and controls team.
  6. Act as a delegate for the Head of Compliance Framework Operations as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. Proven track record and robust understanding in developing and implementing global Compliance policy and/or control programs.
  2. Demonstrated strong people management skills, including managing conflict and challenging conversations.
  3. Proven strong leadership skills and management with a demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and drive performance and encourage positive team dynamics.
  4. Extensive experience in change and transformation, particularly in Compliance process, policy, and procedure development and implementation.
  5. Understanding of global financial regulations and compliance requirements.
