About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to our clients, helping them to achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to clients on a range of HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities, and develop solutions to mitigate these risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and development support to clients to help them build their HR capabilities and confidence.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensure that these are communicated effectively to clients.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to clients on a range of HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR-related issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way.
