About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Cavendish Maine. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products that will drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including garden centers, gift stores, and ecommerce businesses
  • Present and demonstrate our products to customers, highlighting their benefits and features
  • Work closely with our experienced mentor to develop and refine your sales skills and techniques
  • Utilize your business acumen and communication skills to negotiate and close deals
About the Company

Cavendish Maine is a well-established supplier of gardening tools, wildlife habitats, and decorative garden products. We pride ourselves on our strong team spirit and commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • High energy levels, determination, and a hunger to succeed in sales
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Social confidence and ability to build rapport with customers
  • High levels of IT competence and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • A full driving license with no more than 3 points
