About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Cavendish Maine. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products that will drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including garden centers, gift stores, and ecommerce businesses
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs and present our products
  • Work closely with our experienced mentor to develop sales skills and knowledge
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales deals
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience in sales, customer service, and communication
  • High energy levels, determination, and a hunger to be successful
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Social confidence and the ability to build rapport with everyone you meet
  • High levels of IT competence and comfortable using Microsoft Office packages
  • A full driving license with no more than 3 points
What We Offer
  • A basic salary of £26,000, a fully expensed company car, mobile, laptop, and all the tools and support you need to perform this role from home
