We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Cavendish Maine. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products that will drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including garden centers, gift stores, and ecommerce businesses
- Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs and present our products
- Work closely with our experienced mentor to develop sales skills and knowledge
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales deals
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in sales, customer service, and communication
- High energy levels, determination, and a hunger to be successful
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Social confidence and the ability to build rapport with everyone you meet
- High levels of IT competence and comfortable using Microsoft Office packages
- A full driving license with no more than 3 points
- A basic salary of £26,000, a fully expensed company car, mobile, laptop, and all the tools and support you need to perform this role from home
- A performance-based bonus scheme that rewards sales activities and achievements
