Customer Experience Manager

We're seeking a talented Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our in-store management structure, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a medium to large instore team, focusing on operational management and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Lead Customer Experience Manager to drive improved customer and retail outcomes in your area.
- Collaborate with other Customer Experience Managers to share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
- Make decisions at pace and take ownership of issues, working closely with the team to resolve any challenges that arise.
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll have a proven track record of managing or supervising people in a fast-paced environment and be confident in your ability to lead and develop a team.
You'll need to be comfortable with technology and have a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. A strong focus on customer service and a commitment to delivering results are essential for this role.
